It is a sixteenth century building near the Duomo with great views from the bedrooms and the dining room to the Duomo, over the roofs of Spoleto and the hills beyond. Don't expect a modern hotel. Comfortable, charming small hotel. A bit difficult to find by car considering the narrow one-way streets. All was rewarded at the end. Our room was on the top floor and looked out over the unbelieveably beautiful countryside. Limited english speaking reception personnel but helpful nevertheless.
