My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Clitunno for 3 nights and 4 days while we attended the Without Borders (Senza Frontiere) Film Festival. The staff was wonderful and attentive, the food was great and the room was perfect. We highly recommend staying there.

Spoleto is a lovely hilly town. We found great restaurants by asking a young woman in a meat maket in the center of town. We had a car and there was free parking in front of the hotel.
