The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was perfect much bigger than I had imagine with stunning balcony views. The staff were lovely and friendly as well as helpful, the food was just what was needed, although not directly on the slopes there were buses every half an hour to the slopes at perfect times so that wasn't... Though the building might not look too interesting from the outside, you would be positively surprised with the interior of the apartments. They are very comfortable, nicely arranged and clean. The kitchenette is well equipped and nicely built-in into the living room. The views from the balcony are magnificent. The service is well informed and v. helpful, though the residence... More

I wouldn't stay at Residence Palace 2 again for a number of reasons. First of all, it's too far from the slopes - you either have to catch a bus or walk for 20 minutes, secondly, when we checked in, I felt like I was guilty until proven innocent! Had to sign a document stating that all items were present... More

6 young people went on snowboard/ski trip and stayed in Palace Residence 2 :) I was pleased by a very friendly and understanding reception staff - even though my friends were late, I was let into apartment, so I could get familiar with the beautiful views from the balcony. The apartment itself is not really big but enough for 6... More

We stayed at Palace 2 in a 1 bed apartment which RCI kindly changed for me after I had read a bad review about the studios in Palace 1 (our original booking) so thumbs up to RCI for doing that for us. The apartments at Palace 2 were fine for a ski trip, but rather short on cooking facilities, ok... More

Stayed in Palace 2 in a nice apartment for snowboarding trip. Staff were great and very friendly and made a god effort with evening entertainment but not everybodies "cup of tea". Comedian thought the noisier it was the funnier it was, but all stopped at reasonable hour. Noise transferrence from above can be irritating but no worse than most places.... More

It was ok but it took us half a hour just to check in. As soon as we went in to our room it was completely different to what it has on the Internet. The facilities were average but the bunk bed was on top of the double bed and the ladder was wobbly and it didn't feel safe so... More

Summer time at Sestriere is very relaxing, no stress, good temperature and many sport activities to be done. Palace 2 residence is a very good location: it offers nice appartments and beautiful scenary view. Finally I apprciated a lot staff kindness.
