Esthetician Chris Martin is the very best - blissfully sent me to La-La Land with her calm voice, expert hands. My facial was superb, great advice on maintenance and the afterglow is still felt. Hubby had the Aqua Scrub and Hot stone massage with Lori. From high-stress to putty in my hands.

Simple. Comfortale. Beautiful. Close to urban life and yet a true rural Ontario countryside get away. Sound of mill dam and pond so soothing for the soul. Comfortableoutside patio furniture. Waking trails on 100 acre property. On site spa with variety of treatments. After two days I feel rested and rejuvenated. Will return before long.

We just spent the weekend at the Millcroft for our second wedding anniversary. We really and truly wanted to love this place and had heard so many wonderful things about it. But for over $300 a night, we were underwhelmed. The room we had was dated and worn. There was no fridge, which seemed very strange and while a bottle... More

the location and setting are beautiful! The staff were friendly and accomodating.Unfortunately it ended there. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The room was tired and dated and it not made up after the first night. There was no toilet paper, the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud. The room service meal was not what we had... More

I usually feel like I have to get on a plane to get the type of rest and relaxation that I got at Millcroft. I like to hike and the there are trails both on the property and in close proximity. Take a drink and go sit by the water. The food is wonderful at the casual restaurant. The spa... More

My husband and I had the best time from the moment we arrived. The manager Jeff was so warm and welcoming as was Hillary and the rest of the staff. The level of hospitality at this hotel from the servers to the gardener is unsurpassed as is the good, cleanliness, service and breathtaking grounds. The spa is peace and bliss.... More

Let me start off by saying that I was a little weary after reading the reviews after we had booked because they varied, there was a real lack of consistency. Rest assured, if you're treated half as well as we were you will get the stay that you deserve. We spent a Friday to Sunday for our second anniversary at... More

Not in a rush to return home we stayed overnight on our way home from weekend out of town. Very charming place, huge grounds. We had a croft room, bathroom, sitting area on main floor, stairs up to the sleeping area. Large fireplace, you have open overlook from bedroom to sitting area. We walked through one of the many trails... More

My wife and I spent her 50th birthday weekend here and had a wonderful time. The SPA was great and the staff really makes the stay enjoyable. Even though they tried hard with the food the staff couldn't change the outcome. The food was well presented yet it all seemed to be some derivative of a French dish that just... More

I came here for a 3 day retreat on business. The friendly and helpful staff makes the stay enjoyable. It is a great location as it is not far from major urban centers such as Toronto, Hamilton etc. I had a town house type room with a sitting room along with a patio and a bedroom upstairs. There is a... More
