Stayed here for a birthday getaway and I couldn't have enjoyed myself more. We stayed in a croft room with a private 2 person hot tub and it was the definition of romantic. We got a couples massage at the spa and enjoyed afternoon tea in the pod overlooking the waterfall. We went for a hike through the grounds (although... More

Spent the weekend at Millcroft with my husband this past winter. We stayed at The Crofts, which was wonderful since it was cold and there is the wood burning fireplace. The living area downstairs was small and the couch wasn't the greatest, but the loft bedroom was very nice. We have also had dinner at the Headwaters restaurant many times... More

Had mixed feelings as one always weighs the value for the dollar after a few days at such a venue. The staff were great, very friendly and service for the most part was excellent. The room service fell short as they never picked up and failed to call back. We had a croft room which was spacious, but for the... More

This was our second time staying at the Inn and for both occasions we stayed in the crofts (loft style with the wood burning fireplace). Millcrofft Inn is the perfect escape for city folks like us allowing for that much needed retreat for those 'pamper-me' weekends. We found that the Inn provides that overall all-in-one package ranging in options from... More

Whisked my husband away for a romantic getaway in July. I chose the Millcroft for it's location and features (dining overlooking the waterfall, patio right on the pond). My review is mixed because though it promotes itself as a premier venue, and puts forth a valiant effort in that regard, it misses the target. The positives: reservation staff (they were... More

My wife had booked us in for an anniversary surprise. The inn is situated in beautiful woodland and the river running by is extremely picturesque. The staff were friendly and efficient. The inn has a deck looking over the rivef which is made much of in marketing material. Unfortunately the venue is also a very popular wedding venue and they... More

Let me start by saying that I didn't stay at the hotel so I can't offer feedback on the rooms. That said, my husband and I did spend the day here and it was fantastic! The spa is professional, relaxing, and inviting. The staff are courteous, attentive and good natured. The grounds are clean, well maintained and full of natural... More

Stayed at the Millcroft Inn in the section of the Crofts for two nights. The property was exceptional with beautiful grounds and welcoming staff members. Personally, I found the food was fantastic but expensive - I mean, a breakfast buffet for $17.00 per person was a little pricey for the selection of food available (eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, small... The grounds and inn are beautiful, however I had two issues during our stay. The first was a leaking ceiling as soon as we walked in. The staff were accommodating and switched us to another room no problem or issue at all. Second issue was an extremely rude person on the phone when we ordered room service. She seemed very... More

I stayed here this past week as part of a company function, and while I found the actual hotel quite nice, it left a lot to be desired for me. I certainly realize this is meant to be a quiet inn and spa, however I felt a few things just seemed to be in conflict with the intended design of... More
