Extremely nice people. With ski in/ski out kids ski school on site and a relaxed approach to children, this is the perfect dolomiti family ski hotel. However please note that you had better like kids. there are a lot and they are loud. we do have loud kids so we fitted right in :-0 we stayed in the residences which... More

We just arrived home from a wonderful week at the family resort rainer, we had a great experience in this hotel in every sense... children SKI COURSE: arranged by the hotel took our daughter at 10:00am until 12:30 then there was the possibility of leaving her in the kids club that also took them outside in the afternoon until 18:00... The hotel is nice, its wellness is even beautiful. The problems we experienced (and in our view useless problems) related to the allover hospitality of the owner´s family. Not all adults need the treatment of a child (opening hours of the bar without disturbing anyone, unreasonable comments and requests to the clients).

This is a lovely property- very friendly owners & staff, very clean & great location. The food & spa services are also very good. However, unless you are traveling with children or want to be surrounded by adorable (& usually quite vocal) children, you may want to consider other accommodations. In other words, this is not an ideal destination for... More

During the Christmas holidays, we spent a week in the Koenigswarte apartments and had our meals in the main Rainer hotel. The lodging is modern and clean--perfect for our family of four. It had a room with bunk beds, a king bed in the bedroom and also a pullout sofa. Breathtakingly beautiful views of the Dolomites and ski runs through the... More

It was the first time we visited this area and thanks to the warm hospitality and great service and the most wonderful view out of our window, we had a great time. It was relaxing, and a real discovery of a beautiful landscape. The room was spacious , clean , and very comfortable. The menu and choice of food, even... More

I have spent my holidays in the area for many years, and have always enjoyed the beautiful scenery, great skiing in the winter and fantastic trekking in the summer. I was curious about this hotel I had always seen from the outside while passing by and it was a real disappointment and also a source of embarassment as we had... More

A friend recommended this hotel and we're glad he did. We have 2 children, 5 and 4 year olds and for the first time in a long while we had a vacation that enabled us all to relax and have fun. The kids were really well cared for and learned to ski right at the hotel where there is a... More

I stayed in this hotel in December, the week before Christmas with my family (wife and 2 daughters) for our winter vacation. On the arrival the Rainer Family gave us a very warm welcome, we said to them that we never been skiing and so they give us a lot tips on what to do. The room was fantastic because... More

Totally worth the 12 hour drive from London. Staff v friendly, did everything they could to help us. The newer Stanza rooms are just lovely, the views are amazing. Playrooms brilliant, animal corner was great. In short, we loved it.
