I have spent my holidays in the area for many years, and have always enjoyed the beautiful scenery, great skiing in the winter and fantastic trekking in the summer. I was curious about this hotel I had always seen from the outside while passing by and it was a real disappointment and also a source of embarassment as we had... More

A friend recommended this hotel and we're glad he did. We have 2 children, 5 and 4 year olds and for the first time in a long while we had a vacation that enabled us all to relax and have fun. The kids were really well cared for and learned to ski right at the hotel where there is a... More

I stayed in this hotel in December, the week before Christmas with my family (wife and 2 daughters) for our winter vacation. On the arrival the Rainer Family gave us a very warm welcome, we said to them that we never been skiing and so they give us a lot tips on what to do. The room was fantastic because... More

Totally worth the 12 hour drive from London. Staff v friendly, did everything they could to help us. The newer Stanza rooms are just lovely, the views are amazing. Playrooms brilliant, animal corner was great. In short, we loved it.

We spent the weekend of 14/16 September 2012 at Rainer's. We were welcome with a present for our little one, a mini-apartment made of two double bedrooms instead of a double room with annexed mini-bed, and amazing catering treatment. The price was about 60% of what requested by 4 stars hotels in Innichen and Niederdorf (Villa Stefania and Adler hotels)... More

we experienced familyhotels before - for a lower price, we had a better service and hotel. the hotel is rather old style, with carpets and '70s furnishing that could be upgraded. the location of the hotel for kids' ski slopes made up for a rather non existent service/support/info-only exception a lovely lady serving meals. the mini club was staffed with... We totally loved this hotel and the location (Sesto). We now live in Germany and were looking for a family-friendly spot for a week in the Alps. We often stay in mountain huts but now, with a two-year-old and another child on the way, the logistics have gotten a lot harder. We decided to rent a small apartment in the... More

We stayed in the residence part of the complex in one of the Gilte rooms in the new Strata wings. The room was beautiful, very modern, with a nice bed, balcony and the most incredible views. The location is ideal for lots of walks in the mid and summer season. We spent quite a lot of time in the SPA... More
