Located very well in the village, making access to lifts on both sides of the village very easy. Very friendly, efficient management. Restaurant staff less so, bordering on retarded.
Didn't feel that our three year old was very welcome there, the waiter complained about her being too "active". If he served dinner in under two and a half hours perhaps...

Great hotel, good location, great food a nice family hotel Minor issue loud cleaners early in the morning which lacks respect. Would like if they had put the fire on earlier as it makes it more charming. We look forward to returning here.

I fully recomend Hotel Genziana in Selva Gardena. I stayed during one week at this hotel and everything was wonderful.
The service is always friendly, the rooms are spacious and confortable, the spa is really clean and beauty treatments will take you to heaven. But the most remarkable thing was the food: abundant and excellent every single day.

We stayed at the hotel Genziana (Selva) in January for a weeks skiing. The hotel is modern with excellent facilities though is furnished in a traditional and homely style. This reflects the friendly and family run nature of the hotel.
