I was worried having read the other reviews on here. I agree that it's hardly a 4 start resort although the chalets (rooms) were clean but basic. We stayed for three nights and they switched our room in the middle. Yes, we were upgraded to one of their chalet apartments, which are much bigger and have kitchenettes (which allowed us... More

At one time, this may have been a lovely resort in Sant Angelo (next to Sorrento); however, it has LONG since lost its blush. Evidently, the (John and Jackie) Kennedys stayed there, because there is a "room" where the "breakfast" is supposed to be served that has HUGE photos of her all over the place. When we were there in... More

I loved the layout of the hotel with lots of orange and lemon trees all over the place . Breakfast was nice . Location a bit far from main sorrento city centre. Would visit again, I was reminiscing my stay :) which was few years back.

The Esperidi Resort is a collection of cottages of varying sizes and hardly a "resort". There is a very nice pool and pool area but if you stay here in late September the pool bar, restaurant are closed, lounge chairs are gone and algae is forming in the pool. There is a charge for towels for the pool which is... More

Myself and a group of friends stayed at the Esperidi Resort for a few days while attending a friends wedding in nearby Sorrento recently. From the moment we checked in the staff were excellent and couldn't be faulted! We were a large group and they kindly arranged for complimentary upgrades for the apartments and we also had the private villa... More

The actual resort is fairly good. Lovely location set in orange and lemon orchards. Great pool and reasonable breakfast is available at a 8 Euros per head. We opted for the basic room, as we were eating out daily, including breakfast. Upon checking in we were advised that Sabrina, the manager, would come and take us to the rooms. When... More

We decided to book a junior suite as we had read that the smaller accommodations were not very good. We were able to book for 4 nights and were very happy with our room. We had suite 40 which has a large bedroom and bathroom, with a kitchenete and terrace with table and chairs (no sun lounger). This was ideal... More

This place needs to be condemned. Our accommodation was worse than a Butlins chalet in the 1960's. Black mould growing in the kitchen and bathroom, foisty and damp and the windows would not open. We asked for an upgrade within an hour of arriving but were told there was nothing until 4 days later. My husband went over the road... More

Dear Client we are very disappointed to receive this bad review about our Resort. You have booked a basic and standard bungalow wich is the one given to you upon arrival at the Esperidi Resort and the one showed on our pictures. Unfortunately we did not have the chance to upgrade you the next day but I had arranged personally... More

Loved our stay would stay again. Our daughter got married in Sorrento in August. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the correspondence we had with Sabrina even before our holiday began, she was very helpful and answered any questions we had to ask. The pool is up among one of the best, extremely clean and... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Esperidi Resort. I loved everything about my visit. We were treated like family as opposed to guests. The location was outstanding, away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded Sorrento, yet close enough to take advantage of all Sorrento had to offer. The staff was amazing...friendly, courteous and accommodating. They couldn't do enough... More
