My room was alongside the entrance steps on the ground floor and the noise from the road is terrible. Then there were 3 nights when a large group of students were staying and they were noisy until 4am each time. When I complained after the first night I was met with a weak apology and a shrug of the shoulders... More

On the plus side, the pool here is really nice, and our bed and pillows were super comfy. However, I could not recommend anyone to stay here unless there really is nothing else available. The worse pizza in Italy ( and maybe the world) is served here for lunch - a tin of tomatoes mashed into the crust and congealed... More

We arrived at 1am on Wednesday after our flight had been cancelled on the Monday because of a Bomb scare at Luton Airport. We had to travel back to Norwich which was a two and half hour journey back and had to return to the Airport Tuesday evening for our flight to Naples. This was delayed again and so by... More

Stayed here as part of a package tour. Must be the worst 3 star I stayed in. Our room was small and no balcony. We paid another 100 euro to change to one with balcony and then another 50 for aircon and 7 for wifi for the week and tourist tax. Breakfast was included but was so bad and finished... More

The Cosmos brochure was very misleading and inaccurate as everything mentioned which was implied as standard in the brochure had to be paid for as extras - the safe, the air conditioning unit, the fridge, the wi-fi facility plus there was no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board and no tea making facilities available at all! The shower was... More

stayed in this hotel for week in September family run hotel staff were very helpful especially for giving details for local buses going into Sorrento . It is a 20 mins walk to town centre there is a lack of pavements on walk into centre. The motorist have no respect for walkers, the traffic is terrible, especially the motorbikes and... More

We stayed here as part of a Sunway package and were quite satisfied. The positives: Small and quiet. Easy walking reach of Sorrento centre. Local beach absolutely spectacular view wise and restaurant wise. Nice staff. Nice pool with no noise or rowdiness (no towels on the sunbeds at 8am!!) The negatives: The breakfasts were appalling! No fresh juice (in Italy!),... More

Me and my family stayed here for a week and found it was a great little hotel to either chill out by the pool or use it as a base to visit Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. The Londra is about a 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of Sorrento and 5 mins from Marinella beach which has an incredible... More

Me and a friend were put into a single room where they added a fold out single bed. The beds were practically touching. There was no room for our luggage. The room could be described as a closet in size. Bathroom was even smaller. You could not move in the shower it was so small. I literally had to stand... More

We stayed at this place as part of a tour. We shared a common door with the room adjacent which seems to fall in their bathroom, hence we heard every toilet movement. On top of being loud Italians, the people staying there watched TV at 12am and no respect of other's silence, despite knocking on their door and a call... More
