Hi, I spent 5 days in this hotel in Sant'Agnello which is a little town close to Sorrento (from the hotel to reach the center it will take 20mins). Lovely hotel in a pleasant setting with a small refreshing pool and sunbathing area. Room was a good size with a small balcony, it was always cleaned spotlessly by the maid. The shared areas of the hotel, ie reception, pool area, terrace etc were lovely. The bed rooms are clean but dated and basic with dated and small bathrooms. The Caravel was recommended to us by a friend who had been with her children, who Italians obviously love and certainly everything she said about the hotel did not disappoint. My daughters and I had 5 nights at this hotel and would defintely recommend it to anyone wishing to see the sights of the surrounding areas. the hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This is an older hotel that is well-maintained. The room was clean and of good size. The breakfast was good, although quite standard. The pool was nice but had somewhat limited hours.
