We ended up at Villa Marcella as everything else was full. It is an old-style family hotel 50m away from the beach. A bit oldish yet clean with friendly service. We found Marcella by happenchance and were pleasantly surprised. Bruno at the front desk was very pleasant and spoke enough English for us to settle in nicely, The room and bathroom are not large but very well kept and plenty of space for the two of us. We spent there just one night. After making many last minute telephone calls, we found a room.
