We visited this hotel on a stop during the Ramshackle Banger Rally, so we were pleasantly surprised by the location and the staff, all of whom were helpful and friendly. The only small regret was that there were rowdy guests in the hotel on the same night, but this shouldn't reflect on the hotel itself.

A really nice hotel in a wonderful location just off the main square. The rooms were big and well looked after and the hotel staff were helpful. A really good place, I would go back tomorrow if I could.

As we are coming from Croatia, many Italian family hotels in destinations like Sanremo have or too small rooms or are too old and long time no renewed. Right in the heart of San Remo and right into our heart! Privileged position, close to litterary everything (means of transportation, market, stores, Ariston theater, la Pigna etc. Stuff very polite and friendly, ready to respond to any demand. Value for money 10/10. Grazia!
