My family stayed here for 5 days in July. We think this is a special place. It is not a slick, corporate luxury hotel. The world has too many of those. This is a family run hotel that stays true to its identity. The staff really care: from the owner who planned hiking routes for us every morning, to the... More

We booked this hotel for 6 nights at the end of February. We had seen it highlighted in a book called "Room for Romance". We assumed that it would be suitable for couples. On the first nigh the noise in the Grill was unbearable . It was school holidays but I feel that those of us who have grown up... More

We spent a week at the Rosalpina in march. We stayed in other hotels as well but decided to go for this one this time. The service, from reception to the bar, room cleaning, ski service, breakfast etc was perfect. A real 5 star service with staff ready to go for the extra mile for the client. We had a... More

We spent a great week in Dolomites in January 2014. San Cassiano is a charming village with a real pearl named Rosa Alpina. All my family members enjoyed every moment of staying there. The rooms are very well maintained although the décor is quite simple the charm is still there. The fireplace which we had in the room was cleaned... More

We were not staying in the hotel but went there for dinner which was good. The lobby of the hotel had a table full of sweets. When my 9 year old went after dinner to the lobby and saw this array of sweets in open jars he went to get one and was asked by the receptionist if he was... More

Our first time at the Rosa Alpina, and not our last. It's been a very long time since we have had the pleasure of true service - not the rather false 'have a nice day', fawning type 'service' so often given at high end hotels. Rather the staff throughout Rosa Alpina give the impression of genuine warmth, desire to make... More

A wonderful 3 generation vacation. Children are welcomed wholeheartedly. After a week of skiing, dining, relaxing and meeting some wonderful people from around the world, we decided to return for a second year. Spacious, well-furnished and well-maintained rooms and facilities. The staff was always available to assist, and the owner welcomed us and looked after all aspects our of stay.... More

New, modern decor with a cozy atmosphere. Tasty cuisine, good raw material highlights recommend meat. Friendly and professional, trained staff and excellent cafe. We stayed here for 6 nights and were extremely impressed. The room decor was charming and very spacious. The views from the hotel are beautiful. All in all, this stay exceeded our expectations and was outstanding. We... More

Had a wonderful week of skiing in Alta Badia. Staff was very helpful. Room was nice despite constant overheating and loose showerhead incredibly annoying. Nice mountain view. You need a shuttle (provided freely by the hotel) to get to the pistes which should have been mentioned although not a big inconvenience. Spa area was very nice (13m pool, sauna, steam... More
