This is a family owned hotel and on entering you are thrown back into the 1970s with the decor and furniture all feeling very dated..But, the place is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location,2-3 minutes walk from the Sportinia lift, is ideal. Our meals were on a half board basis and although the food... More

My partner and I have just returned from this lovely, warm welcoming hotel and we had a fantastic time here!! On arrival the staff were very obliging and friendly!! The rooms were cleaned every day with hot running water constantly! Breakfast was just continental but who cares we were in the continent and if u wanted a full English then Paddys... More

We booked this hotel through a group. We arrived very early on the first day and the staff were immediately accommodating. The rooms were clean and kept that way throughout the week. We had an interconnecting room with our teenage boys and found it spacious. The shower was hot and strong which was ideal after a days skiing. The distance... More

Sometimes your holiday doesn't go that well. I broke my ankle on the second day of skiing. Under such circumstances you hope that your hotel will take a part in looking after you. This hotel did just that. Everyone from the manager to the cleaning staff and kitchen porters did everything that they could to help me, whether it was... More

The hotel is situated just metres from the Clotes ski lift and is very central to the town, right near several bars. On arrival you are not allowed to check in until 2.30pm even though most people are arriving late morning. This seems a bit petty and not particularly customer friendly. At 2.30 there is then a stampede to check... More

3 day stay B&B in Feb 2015. The hotel is in a great location, near town and very near the ski lift. It has all the things you need for your stay, bed, bathroom, very good heating but you won't be wow'd by it unless you like 60's retro stylings. The walls in this place are extremley thin, you can... Very homely hotel with lovely staff, we stayed bed and breakfast, a better than average continental breakfast, location is fantastic at the bottom of the slopes and easy accessible for all the bars in the village. The beds are really comfy the hotel can get noisy during the night but I suppose you expect that with a hotel that caters... More

1 week stay in Jan 2015 with friends on a winter ski holiday, half board basis. Negatives; hotel is now quite dated but functional, food very basic, terrible coffee machine! The same tired breakfast every morning! Small boot room for the number of guests. Positives; The staff were superb! Very friendly and would go out of their way to assist... More

For the money you could give this hotel more stars..... But that might be a bit misleading...... Look.... It's a basic family hotel..... The family that run the hotel are quite pleasant, they work hard and the staff are friendly... A bit on the ride of an Italian Faulty Towers...... Meals are ok.... You won't go hungry... Breakfast is basic... More

Stayed here mid January, the hotel is clean and rooms are of average standard and were always very warm. The food pre starter, starter and deserts are very good, the main was basic but we never went hungry. The boot and ski room is heated and always locked, if you take a small pad lock there are chains so you... More
