Just returned and having read previous reviews was somewhat concered. However it was better than feared and I would stay agin. The hotels position is first class and you can't say fairer than that. Yes it's dated and a little would go a long way ,but the place was clean and tidy at all times. Food again was not that... More

Despite being very clean, having good size rooms and being very well located for the slopes this hotel was very disappointing. It's location close to a number of bars means constant noise during the evening. The walls of the hotel are also paper thin so you can hear everything (and I mean everything!) and our room (no 20) only had... More

Didn't run out of hot water, or toilet rolls all week - so what more do you need? The hotel is quite basic but we were there to ski not float around the hotel spa and bars in our complimentary dressing gowns. Food was good - they didn't seem to mind you loading your pockets with biscuits etc at breakfast... More

Just returned from a week at this hotel . Was worried after reading several reviews and can relate to a few of them . The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to be close to the lifts and bars/ restauants .The flip side to this is that you have to put up with revellers walking around in... More

First the negative points: - This hotel has not been updated since the 80's, the lounge area is lacking in atmosphere, you have to choose your evening meal at breakfast, 4 courses - fill up on the buffet salad, choose the pasta dish, the main courses are small and not very appetising but puddings are good. Its right on the... More

We stayed in this Hotel over New Year 2013/2014, having nearly been put off booking by some of the reviews it has had. We and our 3 children ( 21, 16 and 14) were very happy with it and would book there again. Why? It does have the best location in town, as confirmed by all the ski reps we... More

Just arrived back having spent a week at this hotel if it had not been for excellent snow and weather would have tried to book an earlier flight back. The food was at best poor with one main evening meal consisting of a fried egg and smash potato that's not to mention the bone marrow and rabbit. It appears this... More

Having read some of the earlier reviews we arrived somewhat apprehensive. I must say however that it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I feared. We (me, my wife & two teenage boys) arrived on Easter Sunday and the hotel (and subsequently the resort) was quiet - last week of the main season. I would agreee that the hotel is... More

This a slightly tired hotel but the the rooms are clean and warm with plenty of hot water. We have stayed at three tour operator hotels in Sauze within the last year of which this definitely had the best food such that we did not feel we had to eat out some nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The... More
