We've just returned from a fantastic week in the Etoile des Neiges. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and beautiful. We booked a half board package which was fantastic value - bed, breakfast and a 4 course evening meal (more food than we could eat - we gave it our best shot though!). The Jouvenceaux chairlift is just minutes walk... More

Our stay at Etoiles des Neiges was excelent. Fabio and his staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, warm and cozy. The food is delicious. Dinner consisted of 4 courses, and breakfast was abundant. The location is great, the hotel is located in the small village of Jouvenceaux, a picturesque, beautiful and quiet place.

Fabio, the hotel owner and his staff did everything they could to make us feel satisfied with our vacation. Unfortunately we didn't have to much snow in January 2014 but Fabio was kind enough to arrange a transfer to other Resorts and we ended up having a great time. The food is very good, breakfast and dinner(4 courses) are both... More

This hotel is in a perfect location at the bottom of the Jovenceaux lift. We have watched this hotel being renovated from a cow shed over the years and have stayed there now for the last 4 years. The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished and have all the log cabin features that feel so cosy. Breakfast is taken in... More

This hotel is a little gem! It is situated right at the bottom of the slopes - you can almost ski to the door. The atmsophere is warm and welcoming. The hotel is run by a lovely couple Fabio And Daniella who do all in their power to make your stay comfortable.

We have stayed with Fabio and Daniea ever since they first opened the hotel. We used to walk past it on the way to ski lift as a derelict shell. They have restored it in a truly stunning manner. The short evening walk to the bar/restaurant sharpens the appetite for the truly excellent menu. There is a great choice of... More

Cozy and typical B&B, stone walls, wooden beams, log fire. Good breakfast (with some home-made things). We also had dinner at their restaurant: good food. Reasonable price. Excellent location (30 metres from the chairlift !!). The only drawback is the lack of apres-ski activities in the little village (however there are plenty in Sauze D'Oux, only 3 minutes away by... We have just returned from our second trip to Sauze this season and both times we stayed with Fabio and Daniella in their charming hotel! They are fantastic hosts and their hotel is beautifully kept. The breakfast is very varied and in the evening you walk down the lane about 50 metres to their superb little restaurant with delicious food.... More

I'll be going back soon for my 4th stay with Fabio and Daniella at this wonderful hotel. We go as a large group and take the place over....great fun! It's small and charming and kept to a very high standard. The rooms are well presented and we eat at their restaurant about 50 metres down the road, where the food... More

Just returned from 10 day trip skiing in Sauze. We booked independently as a group of 5 and arranged return transfer from Turin through Sauzeonline for 360 euro. We have stayed in other tour operator hotels in Sauze and Jouvenceaux. This hotel is fantastic in comparison. The rooms are attractive and very comfortable with plenty of hot water. The breakfast...
