Stayed here last Sept 23rd and gave it five stars. Pillows still thin and uncomfortable. Towels a bit sandpaperish. Room excellent and clean. TV in Italian with 2 German channels and I French channel and BBC world news. We Brits are always short changed on that front. Maid cleaned every day to a high standard.
