I stayed in Casa Canarino in July and was very impressed with their brilliant customer service. They met all of our needs. They dealt with any requests we had quickly and efficiently, we never had to want for anything! Michele and the staff who worked with him were all so genuine and friendly! Would definitely visit again

We stayed here 1st week of July.Arrived in a thunderstorm at 10 pm. Miguel on reception was friendly and helpful, when we had put our bags in our room we went looking for a beer and something to eat-having traveled from Inverness, Miguel offered to go out in the rain and get us beers from the pool bar and said... Very cosy hotel! Super central! IT'S RIGHT the centre. There's a very very short underground passage, and u r in the middle of everything! They have several kind of rooms, so different prices, as a well as apartments. Mine was on the ground floor (the reception is on 2 floor) and was only 40 euro for a single ensuite. They... More

Just came back home from a one week stayed at this hotel. Frankly, I didnt know what to expect after checking some reviews here... Never the less, this hotel is calm, quiet, has a very good location to the nice area of Riva del Garda and the staff (especially this young gentleman called Miguel) is very attentive and reaponsible. Of... More

Have just returned from staying at this hotel and have to say me and my husband had a thorougly enjoyable holiday. Our room had a fantastic view overlooking the pool and mountains (on the 2nd floor) and the staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. As other reviews state what makes this hotel is the back door which... More

We arrived at this hotel at 10.00 p.m. after a long journey to be greeted by a lady who spoke little or no English. We were given a room key and a blue plastic card with no explanation as to what it was for. We got to our room on the lower ground floor and thought we had stepped back... More

We weren't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews but we loved this little family run hotel. We were met by a lovely man who was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The decor in our room was dated and initially we were dubious but the bathroom was immaculately clean. The room was cleaned and fresh... More

The Casa Canarino was rather a disappointment. First of all the hotel itself, rooms and reception were freezing. If the weather wasn't good you had to wait until 4pm for the sauna in order to warm up. Even then you had to request the sauna to be switched on. This said, there was also no hot water in the rooms,... More
