The bedroom was adequate with an en-suite bathroom. I did find the mattress hard as stone and the pillows (one for each side) this as cardboard. Located in a quiet residential area near the Riva lakefront, Villa Maria is a very good choice for an overnight stay. Our room was nicely furnished in modern style, well lighted and sufficiently spacious. The building appeared new and in very good condition; the en-suite bath was excellent. There is convenient free parking on site.

Simple no frills accomdation, very clean,great brekfast,great owner, great location. The owner was very helpful, recommended great restaurants, held onto our bags for us, lent us some extras we had forgotten to bring from home. All in all if your looking for basic but clean accomodation at a great price,
