We had booked Lido palace though Citalia to celebrate our birthday. However a month after taking our deposit and confirming the booking, Lido palace cancelled our holiday. I cannot comment on any more of the hotel as we have not been there but this kind of service is appalling so I would think twice before making a booking

Sept 2011, staying here @ the present, if you could just bottle this class & let it follow you to your next Hotel. All the staff throughout the entire Hotel are 110% - the only downside so far is that the Drinks are overpriced & a Scotch @ 15€ is OTT. AG&MG - UK -Leeds.
