I was disappointment because Riva del Garda is a very nice place but the employees from Benacus Hotel are very impolite. Also the rooms are very very small, they don't have refrigerator or balcony. A very pleasant hotel with kind and friendly staff. Biggest annoyance was the amount of noise late at night of furniture being scraped across the floor. I think it was coming from the restaurant where it sounded like the staff were probably tidying up after the evening meal.
