Great hotell,friendly management and staff.Very good food.Only complaint,a bit of road noise ,while sat near pool.Other then that ,a fine hotel

The hotel is good with a nice swimmingpool and a great spa.The location is poor, about 3 kilometers from the center and the beaches.They solved this problem with the bycicles...you can rent a bycicle from the reception( for customers is free) and go everywhere you need...for us was very funny and interesting.

Really nice hotel, very clean room. Downstairs spa is very nice, specially if you get it to yourself. Must make a reservation to use hot tub and spa area, but never had any problems. Staff were quite helpful when you could find them. Location was great just not much to do in October/November time.

The hotel was clean and pleasant but a bit far from Riva centre. Luckily, this was compensated for with free city bikes whenever needed. Very nice hotel but should not advertise with Air-conditioning and then have a notice in the rooms saying "at "manager's discretion". Spent the whole holiday trying to sleep in +25% with no means of cooling the room. Asked for it to be switched on given lame excuse as to why it was not on. Internet connection was also very intermittent.... More

Hotel property very nice. Our room 104 was on the first floor and a corner room with a great view of the pool and mountains behind. Check in fast and easy. great hotel, located close to lake garda and all activities. good food.clean with friendly staff but not very good english speakers. Only small problems..cleaning staff knocked and woke us up very early to clean the room every morning. Breakfast was before 10am and the fridge was strictly for booze, any other use a fine of €5 per day was imposed.... More
