Garda lake + THE Kristal Hotel = GREAT HOLIDAY !!!...I'd love to see more hotels around like this....Supportive staff ,dinning on higher level (pianist playing live every evening) ,clean rooms ( TWICE A DAY !) ,cute pool on the roof,gorgeous views all around..SIMPLY LOVED IT AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND !!

Very friendly, polite and professional staff. Drinks and additional food good value for money (would have been nice if coffee and water was included with dinner). We were half-board, and the quality of the breakfast and dinner was superb. Rooms well appointed and cleaned thoroughly in the morning, with towel refresh/bins emptied whilst we were at dinner each evening.

Everything we read on here before we went was true, the hotel was almost new and well appointed, the room was spotless, cleaned every day, huge bed and lovely view of mountain ( room 213 ). A great great hotel. Very welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts and great facilities. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. I could not fault the hotel..... a must for all savvy travellers, who appreciate a bit of luxury!

My wife and I just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel and overall the quality of accommodation is excellent. The only negative personal experience was with a receptionist.
