My husband and I stayed here for a week. The apartment block is located at the San Niccolo marina about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Riva along the lakeside path. We stayed here in August '09 and the location was perfect. We had a first floor lake facing studio apartment with balcony which was very clean and functional. The view from the balcony was amazing! The location was excellent, just at the edge of Riva del Garda, and a ten minute walk to the centre, which could also be done... More

For price 275EUR/5nights/2 persons with lake view is good, but when outside temperature is about 5degrees of Celsius, heating with Air Conditioner only is very useless, so we had almost a cold in the room :(. But equipped modern, nice...in summer it must be worthy.
