I have just spent a week at The Hotel Dory for a cycling holiday and I would definitely recommend it to any keen cyclist. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The road bikes are excellent and very well maintained. The food, unusual for vegetarians, was splendid. The rides were well organised, challenging and fun. One ride included a wonderful lunch in the hotel owner's house garden and another included a lengthy [all paid for] lunch in a nearby vineyard.... more
