My husband and I went on our honeymoon and stayed at this hotel for 4 long nights. The rooms are definitely out dated and as a whole so is the hotel. I decided to get a facial at the hotel so you have to book through the front desk. So when I called the front desk person would not accommodate... More

Hotel was elegant but dated, the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good, breakfast ok. BUT the bed was the worst I have slept in, in a long time, very hard. The bedroom and bathroom very clean but dated.

We visited Ravello for a day last year and decided to go there again this year for a walking holiday and Ravello music festival concerts. Ravello is a perfect location for a walking holiday so with map in hand(from the Ravello tourist office) we headed out from the hotel each day and hiked down to the coastal towns of Atrani,... More

We recently stayed here for two night at £193.00/night inc breakfast. The room states on the booking that it can either look the mountains or a pedestrian street. We were on the 4th floor over looking the street, which is the pathway to the Villa Maria and Villa Cimbrone. At first glance it looks quite picturesque as you look out... More

This hotel has a beautiful location, but the amenities are sparse. The breakfast that was included with our stay was minimal and cold and the coffee came from a do it yourself machine. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in on the Amalfi Coast, this was just okay.

Great location with stunning views from both the room and the terrace/pool. Hotel however needs a refurb, as it has the potential to be amazing. Couple of things let it down in this regard, (1) Room was ok except that at the side of the room were two columns that had blue lights at the top. No matter what we... More

We arrived at hotel Rufolo and were delighted with our room. Very clean and we'll appointed, take your own hair dryer though as one provided cut out every 30 seconds. We paid extra for one of the refurbished rooms overlooking the Villa Rufolo on the first floor. Very large room, light and airy with large bathroom with separate shower cubical,... More

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel after staying at Relais Blu in Massa Lubrense (excellent). The location is good, just off the main square of Ravello and very near to shops and restaurants as well as Villa Rufolo. Unfortunately the attitude of the staff and the outdatedness of the hotel let it down badly. We paid extra for... More

My wife and I organized at Hotel Rufolo our wedding banquet at Hotel Rufolo. I guess we could hardly look for a better location in Ravello. Ravello is all wonderful and the landscape is fantastic from any restaurant and hotel, but Hotel Rufolo enjoyes quite a peculiar location, as it is right above Villa Rufolo, which is famous for the... The hotel was located right in the center, had a wonderful staff, we were there at the end of the season . I think we were the only clients in the hotel at that time but they put on a beautiful breakfast as if the the hotel was full! We had a car so we needed a hotel with parking and... More
