The Palazzo Sasso is an incredible hotel in an incredible location! The views are the best in the Amalfi coast. The staff is professional and helpful, the restaurant is divine and the pool and amenities are top-notch. Ravello is a wonderful town where you can walk everywhere, and we were lucky enough to stay during the Ravello Music Festival and... more

The entire experience is fantastic from the moment you enter. Service is unforced, and seems genuinely caring. Rooms are kept impeccably clean at all times and all requests are attended to immediately. Service at the pool area is first class. There is a newly opened beach area which is accessed by complimentary bus and many steps but is worth a... more

We were very pleased that we ended our honeymoon in this wonderful luxury hotel set atop stunning Ravello. The staff was overly eager to ensure our satisfaction, bending over backwards at every turn. The design is less classical than its surrounding hotels -- The Caruso and The Palumbo -- giving it a slightly glitzier, but still elegant quality. The only... more

It is difficult to express how GREAT this hotel was - plus the price was (much) better than Le Sirenuse or Quisisana where we also stayed on this trip. Palasso Sasso exceeded them both by miles ! Ravello was so much more enjoyable than Positano or Capri because there were MUCH less people, few americans, many local italians, and you... more

The hotel had been recommended by friends who had stayed there. The rooms are lovely but ours was quite small, so small that they couldn't fit a bathtub in the bathroom. This was a huge disappointment as it is to me one of the relaxing aspects of a holiday. It never occurred to me that a very expensive room with... more

Our stay at Palazzo Sasso was the culmination of an amazing 2 weeks on the Amalfi coast! The view from our King Ocean View room was breathtaking (although be warned that there is still a crane out front due to construction on a property further down the hill). The town of Ravello is charming and a short walk down the... more

Let me start off by saying that if you have an opporunity to go to Ravello, you absolutely should. And if you go to Ravello and can stay at the Palazzo Sasso you will have one of the most remarkable experiences you can imagine. Ravello itself is so incredible it almost feels fake, it's a town that seems like it... more

We stayed at the Palazzo Sasso for four nights during our honeymoon in May 2009. It was a splurge we will never forget. From check-in to check-out the Palazzo Sasso defied our imaginations and expectations. The architecture, pools, gardens, interiors, and spa were fabulous. On check-in we were upgraded to a huge suite with amazing views of the coast. With... more

We stayed at Palazzo Sasso for two nights in April 08 and I often dream of Ravello and Palazzo Sasso ... what an enchanting place. As other reviewers have said, the walk up to the Villa Cimbrone is one of the most romantic things to do at night. My (now) husband said if we hadn't already been engaged, he'd have... more
