We just returned from a week at Club Med Kamarina (Sept 2014) and had a very poor experience. The trip was purchased as part of a package departing from Tel Aviv. The flight organization by club med Israel was terrible. Our flight arrived at what was until recently a military base, turned civilian airport. They are clearly not set up... More

This is a very pretty club med village, in large well tended grounds. The hotel though is. 1970s barracks from an architectural point of view. There are 2 good beaches and a very large and imaginatively designed and used swimming pool. The accommodation is what you would expect in a 3 trident village, and very well cleaned and made up... We had a great holiday. It was our first time in Club Med and enjoyed the possibilities for children and adults. Sport instructors were very good, in particular Lucien at sailing and Laeticia at Flying Trapeze.

We stayed for 5days in 2 bungalows in the village (the Club also has a hotel). Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staircase to our bungalows (on first floor) was quite tight so carrying luggage up and down the stairs can be an issue if luggage is heavy and bulky. Rooms only had one electricity socket situated in the bathroom, apart... More

id like to start of by saying how unfair i feel some of the current reviews are describing the resort. i had read reviews before my stay and was rather worried by the comments on the shabbyness of the resort and how some of the staff were unfriendly. I am a 17 year old boy from bucks and have been... More

After you get over the shock of being in a huge resort with over 2,000 people, you can have a great time. You can easily avoid the crowded main restaurant (Dune) and main pool and enjoy the beautiful beach, sand and views. With so many people timing is key, so you need to get there before everyone else to avoid... More

Although we had a good time during our stay, there's much to be improved. For instance some of the foods where simply "sold out" when you wanted them (simple stuff like a slice of cheese in the morning) and it took a long time to restock. Our room had a drainage problem (complained twice, wasn't solved during our stay). Staff... More

Just spent 10 days at the resort. Food was a mix of local dishes, north African ones and Club Med standards. It was nice to have a choice of restaurants for lunch and dinner - the hotel roof garden is a great way to start dinner and the hotel dining room also benefits from not having to be booked the... It's a wonderful residence, very comfortable for family and kids, nice for young people and couple. There are two different beach, one with a lot of people and another more quiet ideal if you want to stay in relax. Moreover a big pool is located inside the village with more or less 400 beach chairs and umbrellas around the pool.... More

Spent 2 weeks at the village. Was difficult to find our villa (the buggy driver was lost himself). Our apartments were on first floor - 5 suitcase to carry after the flight and 1h45 mins trip from airport). Appartment clean and spacious but of a 2 star hotel standard. (Air con was great though!). Some of the alleys of the... More
