A nice and good hotel! Smells professionalism and good service. Nice rooms, very good food (if you managed to order something on the menu that was available) and a nice breakfast. Romantic and nice, but a bit far from both Ragusa and Ragusa di Mare.

Very rustic looks like some new areas and the old style great food and the breakfast was out of the world for pastries. It seemed to be out of town a little but not much loved it. The staff was very cordial and the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable. I was in a small tour group and... More

Arriving at this hotel was a surprise. It apparently was previously a fortified farm house or country house. Architecturally it has elements of the past but is ultra modern in it's present incarnation. Very laid back atmosphere, beautiful clean rooms and efficient reception and staff. The only drawback is it's location, far from any town or village. Nothing is within... More

This hotel is located near touristic locations like Noto, Ragusa, Modica. This hotel has a charming decoration. The half board was delicious and the personal is friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. I never saw such a huge choice of sweet stuff. I really recommand this hotel if you are nearby. If you travel with a family, it is best to... More

If you like pistachio green long shaggy rugs in a dated, unappealing, not so nice place with bad bathrooms and hard beds this is the place for you. I couldn't get over wondering what was crawling within the hairs on that old rug. Hallways were like a basement with lights on motion detectors flashing on as you entered an area.... More

We chose this resort for a training trip organised for a group of Maltese farmers and artisans. It was the only place that had a mix of old and stylish buildings and all the modern commodities of a hotel. The planning of the stay of 13 persons was plain sailing thanks to Mr. Marco. Nuzzarello who made all our requests... More

We stayed one night in Paggio del Sole Hotel as part of a Tauck Tour. We were warned that the beds would be very hard and this was indeed the case. Two beds seemed to be joined together. It was a cold night and the only additional covering was a piece of knitted cotton fabric which we obtained off a... More

The location of this hotel is a short distance from Ragusa . You need a car. The rooms are large and very bright. Large bed and bathroom which was spotless. The restaurant is very good offering a great selection of Sicilian food. However leave room for breakfast and the cakes on offer! There is a pool which is ...OK .... More

Second time here, we enjoyed the silence and the relaxing location, strategically placed between ragusa and ragusa beach (marina di ragusa), close enough to other interesting sites to visit (car needed). Giuseppe at the desk is very kind and gently come toward customer needs. The spa is small but cosy. Corridor's carpets and some other details should need a refreshment.... More

I am shocked on many fronts by this property -- first, that the biking company we were with would use it; second, that a 4-star "resort" could be so dirty; third, that it could have mattresses from the Middle Ages. The mattresses -- firm does not convey the feeling of springs in the back that you will get. We were... More
