My wife and I had a wonderful time in Sicily in the town of Ragusa. The hotel was in via Roma in which we stayed for four nights. Our room was number 218. It had a perfect view of the bridges and the valley was in full bloom although it was in the first week of august. It was on... More

My husband and I stayed here in June with a group of visiting Rotarians. Hotel was excellent, if a little bland. Rooms large, king size bed comfortable, good A/C, iffy WiFi. Lovely staff on reception, who couldn't have been more helpful about tracking down our missing luggage. When my case finally arrived, 4 days after I did, they phone our... More

This hotel, though in the city centre, is for sure to be avoided. Staff is not very friendly, rooms are shaggy and breakfast can be skipped. When asked at the reception to change the room they told us 'Sorry you already entered the room and we can not change it' Of course we did otherwise how would we not like... More

This is a beautiful, modern and centrally-located hotel which is spotlessly clean and has a very friendly staff, especially Monika at Reception who really went out of her way to be helpful; the bedroom was very nice and spacious, but, it does not get the highest score from me because of the breakfast. I am not complaining of the choice... More

The location of the hotel was great--about 10 minutes or less from the train station, centrally located in Ragusa, located near walking a bus connections to Ragusa Ibla. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes away too. The woman who checked us in a the reception desk was friendly and polite, but gave us inaccurate information about the local... More

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed very minute. Centrally located on Via Roma. Large rooms and very well equipped bathroom. Exceptionally clean and great value for money. Courteous staff and always genuinely helpful. Fantastic breakfasts. The ricotta was always irresistible .

At the start of the pedestrian area just across the bridge, this is a handily located hotel. The room was very nice and at a good price. The internet worked well and the included breakfast was well presented and had a good variety. The most special thing was the help I received from reception staff in achieving my goals. They... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near shopping and dining. Best shower water pressure we ever had in Europe. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I invited more than 30 people for my wedding and advised them to stay at this place for a couple of nights. What to say... Great location, in the close neighbourhood of the historical and cultural center of the city. The baroqque town is in 10 minutes walking through a set of old stairs at which sides you can admire... I understand this hotel is no longer a Best Western. We were visiting Ragusa, South East Sicily, for 8 days with a party of Rotarians hosted by the local Rotary Club. We received a friendly welcome from Reception. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, if not a little stark. The staff were attentive, breakfasts were adequate provided you... More
