We stayed here for a blissful week in July. From the minute we were greeted by lovely Marguerite we had the wonderful feeling receiving the very best service. The hotel is a treasure, peaceful, very well cared for, with an eye for detail, special little touches and understated luxury. Our room was immaculate with the neatest made bed I've ever seen!... To put it simply, we were so impressed that before the first evening was even finished, I decided to extend our stay from two nights to three. First, the welcome is top notch. Very friendly yet deferential. You hand them your keys and they organise your luggage and park you car while you enjoy a welcome drink. The place itself... More

An outstanding setting and location. Quiet and unhurried with tranquil peace all around. The room was wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. A ideal luxurious stop off to explore the land of Montalbano.

This might not appear, at first sight, to be an appropriate venue for a small business meeting (8 persons over 3 days), however my initial scepticism was dispelled by the very efficient service and attentiveness from staff poised to help at any moment. Very impressive. A beautiful setting that was quiet and peaceful. Food was excellent, although dinner was a... More

We were fortunately offered a very substantial upgrade to a fantastic suite! It was three stories high with a ground floor for 2/3 children or two other adults with separate bathroom & shower, the second floor had a king size bed opening out to a very large patio with sunbeds, and finally the third floor patio with chairs sitting alongside... During a bike trip in Sicily our group stayed here for two nights. The rooms were distinctive and comfortable, our patio was tailor-made for late afternoon relaxation and early morning reading. The hotel's restaurant offered one of the very best meals we've ever experienced. All around this beautiful hotel are special little places, both inside and out that will leave... More

Expect a simple former monastery in an amazingly beautiful rural setting. The place is full of understatement. No need for unnecessary luxury. Food is "simple" and excellent. KnowIng that the most difficut things are simple things... Eremo della Giubliana excells in them !

Stayed here for four nights, using the hotel as a base to explore the area, so we didn't spend a lot of time around the hotel during the day. A lovely room with a very large terrace and a good bathroom. Superb buffet breakfast, available either in the dining room or in the pretty courtyard. There is also a lovely... More

A very special retreat. What an oasis! On the drive in you would hardly expect to see this sort of a sophisticated lodging. Staff came right out to the parking lot to greet us an give instructions. Appreciated the welcome cocktail after our long drive from Palermo. Grounds are absolutely serene and charming, dozens of lovely photo opportunities, little corners... More

A very special place to stay and relax. The hotel is just stunning, very tastefully converted from monastery to hotel, without losing its tranquility, and the room was comfortable, but not luxurious. The breakfasts are not typically italian, in that they are plentiful with delicious fresh fruit, veg, juice and jam from the garden. We had dinner at 11pm one... More
