Me and my friend are travelling around Sicily for a week and decided to visit Ragusa for a day. So glad we decided to stop here. The family that run it are so very friendly they really make you feel at home and your stay comfortable. The location is perfect. Virtually next door to the Duomo in the central piazza.... More

This B&B is truly a palazzo. It is beautifully furnished and located next to the duomo in a lovely piazza. My room was delightful with a modern, large bath, and a balcony overlooking the garden. The family was very helpful in providing information regarding transportation and the small sightseeing train is available in the piazza. Breakfast was served in a... More

We stayed one night in September 2012 - the house is an old palace located directly next to the cathedral in Ragusa Ibla. They two young sisters who own and run the place, serve typical Sicilian breakfast in the common dining room next to the rood garden - all guests meet around the table, which is good fun. The house... More

We have returned to this marvellous place after four years, and we look forward to come back again soon! In Ragusa Ibla, the old part of the city, already one of the most beautiful spots of Sicily, what makes Palazzo Castro even more special is that it is in fact a real aristocratic palace, with frescoed rooms, elegant wooden furniture,... This B&B was amazing. It is located literally next to the Duomo in the main square of Ragusa Ibla and near the edge of Ragusa Superiore. The room we had was of palatial proportions and it overlooked the piazza. The bathroom was also spotless and spacious. The building is also truly beautiful and the hostess, Giovanna, opens up her part... More
