We stayed here rather than Florence as we had already visited florence on a previous trip. Prato is a pleasant town to visit in its own right. This is a nice family run hotel. We were given a spacious room with a nice view , when we turned up late on a Friday night in November. Basic facilities but everything was clean and the staff friendly although they had limited English. more

We stumbled upon this great little family run hotel.We stayed here for 2 nights. Simple, clean and quiet rooms. Elevator to move baggage. Great european breakfast served by Mom and Daughter with Papa serving up genuine hospitality. Gianni, the son , runs the reception and will charm you. Stayed at this hotel in May 2004. The hotel is excellently located in the down town Piazza of Prato. You are seconds away from wonderful shopping, trattoria's and architectural sites.
