Edwardo Damiani and his father are first class hosts and so accommodating, friendly and professional, as too, all the other staff working on the grounds. Such a splendid place t stay with a walking tract to the lake. Resort has a large swimming pool plus hot pool, tennis court, gym and great restaurant. Ideal for long or short stays. Thankyou!!

I've been in Naples for a couple of months, and was so pleased to have been introduced to this charming place! I was hoping to check out of my hotel, and finish my time at the resort, while awaiting the move-in date of my villa, but Averno Damiani is so popular, it's completely booked! Instead I arranged reservations for dinner... More

My husband and I stayed at Averno for 2.5 months and loved every minute, close to CAPO and the resturant is delicious. It's dog friendly with lots of space to walk your dogs though the vineyards to the lake. The staff makes you feel like your apart of the Family. I miss it everyday.

We chose to return to the Damiani for the umpteenth time earlier this month because we all love it so much! It is an oasis of quiet with great facilities and very nice bungalows. Have updated the Wifi since our last visit 3 years ago which kept our two teenagers occupied when we had "down time". There was a problem... More

We journeyed to Averno by air from the U.K. for a weeks stay at Averno Damiani, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As there were four of us we chose to rent a bungalow in the resort grounds. The bungalow was well equipped and catered for our needs. The resort had a first class restaurant and although we had some difficulty... More

My husband and I adored this place! Yes the room was old fashioned, the shower was small and English was not widely spoken, but the staff are incredibly friendly, the pools are truly amazing and the restaurant is fabulous. There are some inconveniences; the resort is surrounded by main roads, and it is extremely difficult to walk to anywhere outside.... More

I stayed in the Damiani for the better part of two months. They treated me like family the moment I arrived in the middle of the night. The owner, Eduardo took me on a personal tour of the grounds and his fathers estate. Not saying everyone will receive this, but the hospitality and family nature of the hotel is unbeatable.... More

The complex was comfortable, friendly and relaxing. The pools are excellent and the greenery in the volcanic soil most soothing. The food is fresh and interestingly prepared and we had many alfresco meals in the elegant surroundings designed and built by the owners over the years. The tennis facilities are first class and were well used. The bungalow accommodation is... More

A great place with nice rooms, great pools, tennis courts and nice restaurant for a reasonable price. This family owned hotel with ac rooms will give you the real Italian feeling during your stay. Excellent for families thanks to the friendly staff but also great for business travellers who prefer to relax after a busy day.
