The many positive reviews are accurate. Perched on a steep hill high above Positano, with the sparkling Mediterranean even farther below, we loved the little village of Nocelle and Casa Cuccaro from the start. Pepe and Geraldina proved as welcoming as we had heard, and the view from our private terrace left us with our mouths open. It looked as... More

We are an italian couple with two small children and we have been in this place several times in the last few years. Hospitality, stunning panoramas, affordable prices and much more... It seems like a small corner of paradise. Definitely a "must go"!

It involves a bit of a drive up the mountain to get to, but it is well worthwhile. From the moment we arrived, Peppe and his family treated us like old friends. Our room was very clean and the view from the balcony can only be described as stunning. The B&B was set in the middle of the beautiful, quaint... More

Love this place - peaceful and beautiful. Staff make you feel at home and respected couples privacy. They went out of their way to make our time here special. There are two good restaurants in the village, informal pizza and more traditional trattoria with usual pasta dishes - fresh and high quality. It's 20 mins from main town via taxi... More

My husband and I stayed at Casa Cucarro in July 2013 for 4 days/3 nights. Booking: efficient and prompt! the owner's daughter responded to my booking request within 24 hours. We book a room with ensuite bathroom, tv, wifi access, and sea view balcony. Breakfast included. We paid 85 euros/night and sent a small deposit via paypal (fantastic price during... More

Coming to Casa Cuccaro B&B it was a bit of a surprise to us that the location was so far above Positano - at first we were a bit disappointed, because we thought we were to live in Positano. But soon we realized what a great location this is. The views are truly stunning. From morning to evening. From the... More

My partner and I stayed at Casa Cuccaro for 5 days last September (I should have done a review sooner). Everything about the B&B was perfect; the hospitality, the room (best view I have ever had) and the food was great as well. It was very authentic and if you go a must do is to eat at the pizza... We visited Positano in September 2011 and meant to write a review of this place because this B&B left such a deep impression with us! Situated on top of a steep hill, Casa Cucaro has an amazing view over the Amalfi Coast. It is only a short bus ride down to Positano which is too touristic for our liking. We... More

Pepe and his lovely wife made us feel so welcome. The B&B is very traditional, immaculately clean, with views to die for. As previous comments breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view, lots of fresh fruit, cheese, ham etc little cakes and wonderful coffee. We had difficulty finding this place, don't rely on sat nav! Pepe parked our car... More

We absolutely LOVED this place. First of all, you get the most delicious breakfast I have ever had in my life on a terrace that is worth a million bucks. Pepe and his wife are the most friendliest, sweetest people you will ever meet. My fiance & I were there for our 7th (dating) anniversary in May 2013, and were... More
