I had the pleasure of travelling to Italy with a friend of mine in October. This was my first trip to Italy and Positano was the ideal place to start my adventure in Italy! We rented the "Paradise View" apartment at Villa Fiorentino which consisted of two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a nice size kitchen. The apartment was... more

Four of us -- two couples -- shared the Victoria Apartment for a week. The two bedroom unit is more than adequate for four people, but what really makes the place special is the terrace that spans the width of the unit and the view from the terrace. The four of us were captivated for about an hour one partly... more

We chose this venue to host our wedding. After visiting the villa a year before the event we were charmed by the owners warm welcome, the villa's amazing sea views and cute little infinity swimming pool. Their honeymoon suite is also absolutely charming with it's own jacuzzi. We also tried a sample of the food the owners said their chef... more

We stayed in the 2 bedroom Victoria Apartment here with two young children. The apartment has a large balcony with stunning views across Positano and the Amalfi coast. However what you don't know is that there are 96 steps up to the apartment from the entrance and no elevator! This was a problem for us as we had 2 small... more

A group of seventeen of us (variety of ages) stayed at the villa for four nights in May as my new wife and I were getting married at the town hall in Positano. We occupied four of the six apartments during our stay. The Fiorentino family could not have been more helpful. Domenico had a large screen set up for... more

VILLA FIORENTINO We booked the Garden apartment and Primavera at VF for our party and we had bags of room. Only 2 of us had to share a room and we had 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 washing machines but just one dining room and living room. Not forgetting the courtyard belonging to the garden apartment and 2 huge terraces... more

Wonderful stay with amazing views. You can't get a comparable room size and view in many others places in the world, especially for the price. Most of the restaurants are a steep walk away, but if you are at all fit, it shouldn't be a problem. The owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely contact them ahead of... more

Stayed in the Garden apartment for a week with family at end of Summer. Had a great time. It is located right up the top of Positano village, so only stay here if you are fit and can handle the enormous number of steps you will climb. PROS: - Lots of space. - Great pool area. - CONS: - No... more

My husband and I have been to Villa Fiorentino twice and hope to go back again. It is a fabulous villa run by a warm and loving family that make you feel a part of them. All the other reviews captured the essence of Villa Fiorentino perfectly. Domenico, the son and manager of the Villa is at your disposal at... more

To me, Positano is the gem of Amalfi, and Villa Fiorentino is the gem of Positano. The multilevel villa near the top of the Positano hillside is the best alternative to hotels and whatnots. 1. This property offers exhilarating view of the town of Positano, the beach and the ocean beyond. There are several levels of housing (apartment units with... more
