A very good 3 star hotel with nice clean rooms. Located in a great position means very few if the hills or steps to climb going back.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights in July, for our honeymoon (unlike the previous review, we did not receive a bottle of wine to celebrate!).The room we had was considered the delux room and was spacious with a very large balcony with sun loungers and quite a sun trap. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a seperate... More

We stayed here in mid July -very hot and very busy.We have seen Positano a few times now and the crowds make it very unattractive . Writing a review for this one is hard as we had mixed feelings for this one.My wife liked it a bit more than me mainly because of the service. We arrived here tired after... More

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Savoia for 4 nights as a part of our Honeymoon. As soon as we checked in we had a knock on our door and when we opened it we were pleasantly surprised to see a cold bottle of champagne being served to us! It was a nice touch to congratulate us on... More

The Amalfi Coast is even more beautiful with a hotel like The Savoia. What a magnificent hotel,a perfect location with all the amenities you need. The family run hotel is steeped in history making it even more special. The owners are not only beautiful but they were all genuinely interested in making our stay with them an unforgettable experience. I... More

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Savoia. Our room was large and well decorated, the bathroom was large. Our room had a beautiful tile floor. The staff was warm and friendly, the included breakfast had a large selection and and was very good, espresso was excellent. The free 30 mInutes of Internet each day was perfect for checking email. This was a last minute booking based on the reviews. We had been offered cheaper and just as nice accommodations in B&Bs but didn't book in time. This hotel was definitely in the best position possible so we weren't disappointed - so close to everything, and easy to walk everywhere. The room was spotless and a good size. The breakfast... More

We stayed at the Hotel Savoia for 4 nights in June. On arrival we found the hotel to be nice and clean with a nicely furnished, spacious room and a balcony overlooking the town. The hotel is in a great location just a short walk to the shopping area and beach. The breakfast was good too. The only problem we... More

From the moment we entered the lobby of this hotel, we were made to feel welcomed. We were greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The staff was attentive, engaging, friendly...just exceptional!!! The staff gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants that we would never have found on our own. We absolutely loved our comfortable, clean, and spacious room. The bathroom was beautifully... More

Just want to echo the recent raves about the Savoia. I stayed there with my one-year old in early June (husband working in London, so we met up with my parents on their Italian trip). The family who run the hotel made my stay and all the arrangements easy - a luxury when travelling with a baby! The hotel organised... More
