Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but very clean, good shower and good beds. During the afterseason we only payed € 100 for a room including breakfast. Biggest bonus of this hotel is the location. It's only 50 meters from the heart of the town center Piazza dei Mulini, and beginning of the pedestrian area. Only a 5... More

Hotel Savoia is the perfect place to stay in Positano. It is right in the heart of town with an easy walk to all the shopping, beach and great restaurants. The hotel is super clean. We stayed in the Royal Suite which is Room 411. This is a large room with separated living space and a HUGE bathroom. Also the... More

We stayed for 4 nights, at this little gem. As a travel agent I would recommend this to everyone! It's a 1 minute walk to the square which is how you access the beach (another 5 or 6 minutes walk). Breakfast is good, selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, tea/coffee. Get there early to get a seat on the balcony. This... More

Great hotel - lovely helpful staff and clean good sized rooms with lots of light. Great cos it was part way down the hill from the bus stop, so easy to take luggage up and down. (Compared to other hotels right on the water, and many tourists then have a porter get the luggage to/from hotel.) Didn't have a view... More

Hotel staff was terrific - from our first contact online through our checkout. They answered all our questions, directed us to nice restaurants, and even helped arrange last minute taxi service with a wonderful driver. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was centrally located. Breakfast had nice variety and we were able to access internet (some of which was free).... More

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this delightful hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. Very impressive the buffet breakfast which included: salame, ham, cheese along with sliced bread for toasting or rolls - both white or brown. Butter. Various flavours of yogurts and jams. Various fruit juices and cereals with milk. Fresh fruit. Different types of... More

This was a wonderful hotel in a most beautiful place. The hotel is well located in Positano, the rooms are fabulous and the breakfast was good. We had a room with a balcony with a side seaview and we were very happy with the quality. No laundrettes in Positano so will need to send laundry out or wash in your... More

Nothing to complain about - it's a bit dated but clean and comfy. But for EUR 90 for a single room (smaller room than usual) - i think it's overpriced. But location is great.

This hotel deserves the excellent reviews it has received. I have stayed in the Savoia alone and with friends at least 25 times over the past 19 years, usually in June and July. Those who have written poor reviews sound like the travelers I dread encountering. They have not done their research, they have booked through a second party (always... More

We loved this hotel and the town of Positano. The hotel is in easy walking dirtance to the town center and beach. We took a terace room which ovelooked the cliffs and the sea. It was quiet (even though it faced the street), the bed comfortable, the bathroom beautiful. The terrace was private and a wonderful place to relax. The... More
