My wife and I are generally very good bargain hunters. We have no kids and have the luxury of travelling during non-peak times. In fact, we pride ourselves on finding 4 & 5 star hotels at 3 star prices, and with friends within the hotel industry, we've managed to amass memberships to many big hotel groups. So you can only... This hotel provided a fabulous stay. I had one day and night to dedicate to Positano and this hotel was centrally located to allow me to do so with ease. I arrived by boat and it was a very enjoyable 15 or so minute walk to the hotel. I probably took longer as I was looking in all the shops.... More

When we went to Trieste Italy many years ago, we would always pass in front of The Savoir Hotel. Looking in the front windows was a vision of a palace! On our next trip there, I asked my husband to check the prices of the rooms. Surprisingly it was not much more than the place we used to stay .... More

Beautiful views overlooking the terraced balcony. Nice accommodations. Wifi was only on the 1st floor and not available in the rooms. The front desk could have been a bit more pleasant, but good value for the price. Positano is wonderful though!!!!

This small, family run, hotel, was just perfect for our three day visit to Positano. A small group stayed there for a family wedding in Positano. The hotel was on the main street running through Positano, no parking but there were convenient carparks close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were fairly basic but spotlessly clean. Small fridge in... More

Easily one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in given the quality and value! I had wondered if the hotel could actually live up to the website and TripAdvisor photos; it was actually better. Our room was larger than any room I have ever had in Europe and more comparable to an American style suite. The bed was... More

Wonderful location, in the heart of Positano, 5 minutes from the beach and from the bus stop. Nice and very clean room, wonderful tiles everywhere. Nice terrace with stunning views on Positano. Excellent breakfast, excellent staff. Very quiet. Only drawback perhaps wifi only in some common rooms. Would definitely go back!

We came to do the Path of the Gods and then spend the night in Positano. Room was clean with a good view. Some may find it to be a bit dated, but others may find that to be part of the charm. Breakfast was included as was WiFi. Good location in town so you can access everything easily by... More

This hotel is very easy to reach from the Positano bus stop (few if any stairs- which is a huge benefit in Positano!). Plus, the main square and beach are easy reached in a matter of minutes from the hotel. The sea and mountain views are worth it!

What a find! I stayed here in August for two nights with my two children, ages 13 and 18. This family owned hotel is the perfect spot for anyone! I saw families with small children, young couples, older couples, etc. The rooms are beautiful and our balcony overlooked the village with the water in the distance. The front desk staff... More
