we booked this very last minute for myself and my two parents. The service was outstanding and the room was incredible. We had a large balcony/terrace over looking all of positano. The hotel made reservations for us, served a very good breakfast and helped us to get back to Rome when our trip ended. We would definitely stay here again!

When you go to Positano, it is all about a room with a view and boy did we get one. We had a junior suite that had a balcony facing the ocean as well as one facing the hillsides. The room was bright, spacious and had the most beautiful tile floors. Made for a wonderful place to view the Ferragosto... More

Positano is the most beautiful place ever so we were looking for a good hotel and we were so happy to stay in this hotel Service great! The hotel is a family hotel and everyone is so nice. The location is really perfect too as it is in the middle of the mountain not too high not too low. Good... More

Brilliant seaview room with a very large balcony. Parking was expensive and frustrating as it wasn't attached to the hotel. The location is fantastic and the hotel staff were lovely. I would stay again if I ever have the opportunity to travel back to Positano.

Great location in centre of Positano. Near boats to the beaches and very close to some of the best restaurarants. (But very quiet.) The best reception staff we have ever encountered. They were so helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect, cleaned and linen etc changed daily. Couldn't praise this place enough. Stayed for 6 days at the end of... More

we stayed here 3 nights in a junior suite at the end of a 2 week trip to Italy. it was our favorite hotel of the trip. we had room 307 which is a huge junior suite with 2 balconies (one a terrace with table and 2 chairs, one a Juliette balcony). the room itself was very large and tastefully... If you are staying in Positano, this is the best location. Our driver dropped us off right in front, unloaded our luggage and done! 5 minute walk down through shops and cafes to the beach. Hotel staff could have been a bit more informative but I can't complain. We had a junior suite but it was a huge room! Corner... More

Positano is completely vertical, and coming up from the beach/port, you have to trek up some fairly steep pedestrian-only streets just to get to where cars/buses can come in. Fortunately, Hotel Savoia is right at the end of that pedestrian zone, which makes it one of the first hotels you reach, and therefore very convenient. (There were many hotels above... More

Thank you Hotel Savoia for two fabulous days. I wish we could have stayed longer in your charming hotel and next time we will make sure we book for longer. This is the perfect location in Positano, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It is also a good spot to take day trips to other Amalfi Coast locations. Access to... More

My wife and I enjoyed five nights in this lovely old hotel. Given you're walking hills just about everywhere in Positano, the 10 min walk to the beach is not too hard. The front office staff were helpful and very pleasant, the rooms, whilst not large are reasonable size, and we were lucky enough to have a beautiful view from... More
