The small hotel (9 rooms) is high on the hillside, with views from your balcony that make you want to spend your entire day there. The "dining room" is outdoors, on the cliff edge, with possibly the best view in the town. The meals are excellent - I ate dinner there twice - and delightful breakfasts. You are made to... More

I left Villa Gabrisa in Positano last night. I miss it already!! The hotel and restaurant is situated high on a hillside, with panoramic views out to the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea, it is a a place of peace and tranquility, fun and laughter. . You could start the day sitting at a table under an umberella, overlooking the blue sea... More

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Villa Gabrisa. Our room was lovely (#4) with a beautifully tiled, spacious bathroom and large terrace with an unbeatable view. The complimentary book collection was also a nice touch. The overall hotel is pristine and the staff is so nice and attentive. We stayed in Positano at a different place 2... More

This was one of the hotels we stayed at while on our honeymoon and it was delightful! Although we had the standard room, in my opinion, they were the best as they were on the 3rd floor so people from the street couldn't see into your window. The staff was great and accommodated all of our requests including storing a... More

We stayed for 3 nights - the 5* aspect was due to Leila and Gabriel who helped us figure everything out about our time in positano in detail. Leila in particular has a detailed knowledge about the area, helped me coordinate a trip to Pompeii on my own and went above and beyond what I have seen most concierges do... More

My friend and I stayed at the lovely, family owned hotel for four nights in July. We were immediately captivated by the spectacular view and our love for this little gem only increased with the outstanding service and friendliness of the staff. Our third floor room was immaculate and well appointed, with a generous balcony which took full advantage of... More

We stayed for a wonderful 10 nights and enjoyed it just as much as our visit last year. Lovely family run hotel that made us feel at home and among friends which is quite something special. We had a lovely room with fab balcony and good size bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel and fantastic restaurant.

We spent a week at this delightful, beautiful hotel in July. Everything was first class. The views from our room were spectacular. The food at the restaurant was outstanding. The hotel is owned and operated by a local family. They are all anxious to take care of your every need. We enjoyed Gabriel's(son of the owners) cooking class...not to be... More
