We stayed here for three nights (room 25). The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Whether it's sunrise, sunset, or midday, it's equally stunning! Very spacious and clean with relaxing beach decor in the room and bathroom. Even the balcony was huge! It was very relaxing and comfortable during our stay and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly... More

We travelled through Europe as a family with 2 teenage children. The family room at Villa Rosa was fantastic. We had the main room with amazing, Bougainvillea covered balcony and an interconnecting room for the children with 2 twin beds and additional bathroom. The rooms were spacious and light and the view from the balcony just beautiful. A sumptuous Breakfast... More

We finishe dour 3 week journey savoring the spendor of this wonderful property and its views across the bay to Capri. We spent mornings and afternoons lingering on nthe balcony and the intoxiccating aromas from the sea and boiginvilla were incredible. LOVED the proximity to town and we walked everywhere. Great midway spot to Amalfi and Ravello. The value is... More

I stayed at Villa Rosa for four nights on our honeymoon in May 2012. As this was my first time in Positano, I could not get over how many stairs there were. The hotel attendant immediately met us outside the hotel when we arrived and grabbed both of our suitcases. We felt bad that he carried both bags up and... More

Positano is not for bargain seekers, yet Villa Rosa is a really great value. Save your extra money for dining out daily, plus a ferry trip to Amalfi!(or buy dinnerware in Ravello) Same views here as Le Sirenuse, but the balconies are massive, allowing enough space for the children to play! The rooms have tall ceilings, and open beautifully to... More

We stayed here for three nights as part of our honeymoon. Positano and the Amalfi coast are absolutely gorgeous and we highly recommend a visit. As with many coastal Italian towns you have to be prepared to walk up and down steps to get the best out of it. We arrived in Positano from Naples during a train strike. Villa... More

We stayed here for our honeymoon in September 2012. We really struggled to find a place in Positano that suited our budget and met our high expectations. Positano is beautiful and has so many gorgeous places to stay, but obviously isn't the cheapest of destinations. Villa Rosa was perfect for us. It is perfectly located. It was easy to find... More

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here. The room was fine but the terrace overlooking the lower town and Mediterrian was incredible. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning and spent the late afternoon there with a glass of wine. There are wonderful local spots for dinner and a great grocery on the way down to the shore. This... More

Although we had a sea view from our original room on the second floor, we asked if there was a better view available. There was, but it was on the top floor, and there are a lot of steps. Once we saw the view, we would have walked up twice as many steps to sit on our small patio and... More
