Very friendly front desk staff. We arrived early and were able to checkin right away. Breakfast on the terrace is a great idea if your terrace doesn't have windows to the adjoining rooms bathrooms. Not very pleasant. For dinner the hotel booked us a table at Cafe Positanio and the restaurant offered a free shuttle to and from the hotel... More

What a wonderful place, the staff was very very nice! The view was fantastic from our ocean view room and breakfast on the terrace was unbelievable. One thing I recommend is to pay for the rooms on the higher floors as you will get a better overall view. The staff recommended cafe positano for our dinner and it was spot... More

A great place to stay with stunning view from our terraced room! Friendly, helpful staff; lovely vaulted ceiling room. Price included breakfast on our terrace each morning. Restaurants and shopping all around. No parking on premises, but parking garage attendants work with hotel guests.

As said by other reviews, the intimate hotel has amazing views, great service, and comes at a great discount to other options in Positano. As first time visitors, we couldn't have been more pleased with the choice. Room 36 was perfect for us with a king bed (sometimes a rarity in Europe) as well as an amazing terrace. Breakfast was... Villa Rosa is situated in a perfect spot in Positano, directly opposite Le Sireneuse Hotel (which is four times the price). We stayed for four nights and could not fault it. Our room was on the top floor (room 32) and it was fabulous with a huge terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast was a highlight, served on our gorgeous... More

My husband and I stayed at Villa Rosa for an 8 day getaway. The hotel was extremely accommodating with arrangements to get from the airport, book a dinner reservation, find a spa, directions to the Footpath of the Gods, etc. Its extremely clean, the breakfast was timely and delicious as it was served to our door/balcony every morning. My only... More

We stayed at Villa Rosa for 6 days in June and had an amazing time in Positano. The staff at Villa Rosa were the best. Always helpful with information, where to go what restaurants to go to. Maria recommended a tour to Pompeii and it was a fun trip. The room was amazing with see front views and a breakfast... More

A fantastic hotel with friendly staff and wonderful sea views from your terrace. The rooms are spacious and very clean with that limoncello colour scheme that blends with the whole Amalfi Coast vibe. We had 5 wonderful days here and would recommend it to anyone. I did a good review of the hotel last year but somehow only gave it... More

Villa Rosa far exceeded my expectations. We had the family apartment on the top floor (room 39) and we loved it. The location is outstanding, and the view breathtaking. The apartment is made up of a large master bedroom and an alcove bedroom that is quite separate to the main bedroom plus 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace. It was... More

Without the HUGE private terrace with incredible sea views, I would probably give this hotel 2 or 3 stars. But, the gorgeousness of the views and the breakfast on the terrace elevates the status a bit. Positano is expensive, and I think this is a relative good value for what else is out there. Aside from the terrace (which was... More
