We stayed here for 5 nights during our recent trip to Positano, and had a great experience! Our room was the special room 201, which was spacious and had a very nice balcony with a spectacular view! The staff and service here are all lovely, and also provided us with some good advice about activities, planning and restaurants. The breakfast... More

Hotel Miramare in Positano is a very good mid-market boutique hotel located on the hill overlooking the beach in Positano. The views from the rooms, which are generously proportioned, are stunning. The Hotel is located approximately two-thirds (211 steps) the way up the hill to Via Pasitea, the serpentine road which wends its way through Positano and on which many... More

We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends in Sept, 2014. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were huge and we also had a balcony looking out to the coast! The balcony was also huge with plenty of chairs and views! The beds were comfy enough. The breakfast downstairs was really nice every morning. Plenty... More

As all the previous reviews have mentioned, the views from this hotel are amazing. We had an apartment with a large balcony and really enjoyed the view of the village and sea in the mornings and early evenings before heading out. Rosita and Nicola are gorgeous. After a couple of hours at this hotel you are pretty much part of... More

Positano is such a beautiful place that makes extra difficult to choose the right hotel, since you really don't want to spoil the experience. What was a huge hotel research in the 1st visit became a total non-issue in our second time staying in Positano, as we didn't think twice to return to Miramare Hotel. The rooms are beautiful (similar... More

Our group of 6 began our Italian adventure at this lovely hotel. Quaint rooms, amazing views and wonderful staff. A lovely breakfast served in a beautiful room was included. Our group loved ending the evening with a night cap on one of our balconies over looking the ocean..The best start to a trip!

If you're looking for a room with a view, this is it. Room 207 in the Miramare. Simply stunning. The hotel is very much old world charm, staff are extremely friendly, Rosita in particular, with lots of great suggestions to help you make the most of your stay. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The bar downstairs has a... More

Our visit to Hotel Miramare began with Renato, who carried our 4 largish suitcases down 120 some steps to the hotel. And then, there was Rosita, who welcomed us like we were family, and by the next day, I felt like we WERE family! Rosita's recommendations for restaurants were spot on, and she also helped us with finding a shop... More
