Our group of 6 began our Italian adventure at this lovely hotel. Quaint rooms, amazing views and wonderful staff. A lovely breakfast served in a beautiful room was included. Our group loved ending the evening with a night cap on one of our balconies over looking the ocean..The best start to a trip!

If you're looking for a room with a view, this is it. Room 207 in the Miramare. Simply stunning. The hotel is very much old world charm, staff are extremely friendly, Rosita in particular, with lots of great suggestions to help you make the most of your stay. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The bar downstairs has a... More

Our visit to Hotel Miramare began with Renato, who carried our 4 largish suitcases down 120 some steps to the hotel. And then, there was Rosita, who welcomed us like we were family, and by the next day, I felt like we WERE family! Rosita's recommendations for restaurants were spot on, and she also helped us with finding a shop... More

My girlfriend and I decided to stay here in a Special room (201) for one night at the end of our journey. The initial service was amazing, with the Hotel booking us a restaurants and giving us recommendations. The views in the room itself were breathtaking, which I will have to give them. However, after a few hours we found... More

dear Sir No one doubts that you were gravely disturbed by this 'invasion'. One Day stay with us; a stay which you admitted included breathtaking views, amazing service and helpful restaurant recommendations, there is no mention that we made an effort to change your room, we discounted the room and we made a sincere and earnest effort to ameliorate the... We spent a great 4 days in Positano at the Hotel Mirimare and thought it was quite excellent. One of its great strengths is its position, not too hard to get to from the main road into Positano, down steps but not too many, and then not too far above the beach, main square, to make walking back a real... We have just come back from a fabulous trip to Positano to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We stayed at Hotel Miramare and couldn't have been welcomed or looked after better! The location is perfect! The view from our room was outstanding! The breakfast was great! The cherry on the top is the staff! Rosita went out of her... More

Just returned from a week in Italy with one of my best girlfriends. We did Positano, Capri & Sorrento. Our favorite spot was Positano, thanks mainly to Miramare and Rosita! I have never felt so welcome and taken care of at a hotel (and I travel fairly frequently). Rosita goes above and beyond to make every guest's experience special and... More

We stayed at the Miramare for three nights and though it was wonderful. Its centrally located so only a 5 minute walk to the main square (up and down lots of stairs). Very clean, lovely rooms, superb views and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, there is parking (which you have to pay for) and a helpful porter carried our three... More
