This hotel is amazing and I would even go as far as saying it should be more than a 3 star hotel!! But please get this straight as I have viewed many bad comments about this hotel on this site... Yes their are ALOT of stairs! But hey if your coming to Positano and don't expect to have to treck... More

Dear guest thank you for your appreciation. The criticism of our guests are always welcome, we need to improve if they are constructive . We cannot consider them ,because is not correct , if the guest complains only because he was asked to pay for a service received. We hope to see you next time and to do better than... More

Stayed for 2 nights. Was charged 8euros 60 cents for an international call. Duration of the call was maximum 2minutes. Very ordinary hotel. Uncomfortable beds. Showers are terrible as water is easily spilled. Old lady at the reception very rude. Would not stay there again.

A few things need to be mentioned about this, if you are arriving by road and use a GPS it will take you to the top road where there is no access by car you need to go further down the hill and turn left there is then a garage where you can leave your car and your luggage will... More

A nice hotel, lovely village with its small streets and lemon-scented Siciliano. The hotel is in the slope over the sea, and you can savour a wine glass seeing the Tirreno sea. There are two collaborators there, in the hotel, that helped us a lot: Ariana e Floriana. Floriana in special, helped me so much when I lost my documents... More

My wife and I arrived here in Jan after driving from Sorrento. As there was little space on the road, we had to park our car by the side of the road and walk to the hotel. As mentioned in many other reviews, there are quite a number of steps to reach the door of the hotel. However if you... More

We were recommended to this hotel as an option (the only one as it turned out) because we had been snowed in, believe it or not, and couldn't leave the town. We had previously checked out of our previous rooms where we had been for 5 days and needed urgent accommodation. At the top of 85 steps from where we... More

I will be back; and I will stay again. LOTS of stairs outside but bellhops will meet you and the bottom and take your luggage up. Beautiful scenery from the private balcony, delicious food close by. Loved it!

Yes, there is a climb of 107 steps from the road but it is so worth it. Take them slow, talk to the people you meet along the way. A local lady who walked up with me on my first arrival told me I was nearly at the top, laughed and said "Positano is good for the legs and good... More

1. Health alert! Conca dOro is a dangerous hotelTO the health of his guests due to the fact that guests need toCLIMB 104 steep steps from the street to the lobby. This fact isn't mentioned NEITHER in the hotel web site nor in the Hotel brochure. It's a shocking experience that each guest goes thru when he arrived to Conca... More

Dear customer, we thank you for your review The criticisms are always welcome .We can improve and offer more and more services to our guests. We will treasure his advice. But we want to remind you that Positano is also called the vertical city and its stairs are the main feature that distinguishes it from other locations. Maybe it's for... More

Stayed for two nights. Have to agree with the other writers. The hotel is easy to locate, amazing views, great staff, nice rooms, good breakfast and clean. There are lots of steps, 107 I think, but this is Positano. The staff and the views are what will stand out from my visit to this hotel.
