we have stayed at Casa Cosenza several time in the past and keep returning over and over. The views from the rooms are spectacular. You could pay 5 to 10 times as much at the fancy hotels across the way and not have nearly as good a view or location. I have read all the negative reviews but can only... More

We stayed 3 nights at this B&B in Positano after a week in busy Rome and what a change of pace! Positano is a truly charming place, and even though there are tourists, there just isn't enough space to feel really crowded by them. Casa Cosenza is bigger than the average B&B, but has the feel of a small home.... More

My husband and I stayed in the Romantic Room for 4 nights during our honeymoon and we overall enjoyed our stay. It's a great location in Positano. Not too many steps up and down from the beach or the main road. The view from our room was amazing and it was very affordable. Our only issue was on our last... More

Great stay with Josephine and her daughter. Exceptionally helpful and made us feel very much at home. Rooms were clean and made up daily. They gave us good advice with respect to dining out. We had the terrace suite with stunning views across Positano. Highly recommended.

We stayed in romantic room which was more than enough space. Room was large and cleaned very well daily. Josephine was very hospitable. Security is very good because gates always closed at night and each one had a key to get in. View is spectacular and many steps are involved but still less than most hotels up on the hill.... More

Very nice people, amazing view to the town and to the sea from certain rooms. it's close to the beach and to the center but consider that you have to take 260 steps from there to get to the hotel (like to most of the hotels in Positano)! Really not suggested for elderly people!

we had a great time at Casa Cosenza. Beautiful view, great rooms, very clean, owner Josefin and her daughters were very friendly and nice and helpful. We loved them and we were very lucky to sepn time at Casa Cozensa. It was very close to everthing like Bars, clubs, Beaches and old town. It couldn't be better. I would recommend... More

Stunning views, perfect location for beach, activities, and dining. Gracious host, Josephine was always available to assist. Priced very reasonably for location and views. Room had a fridge as well. Must dine at Next2 and Trattoria La Tagliata at the top of Positano. We do recommend and would return.

Everyone knows Positano has steps so I don't know why people complain about things like this when reviewing places there. Casa Cosenza is only 200 steps up from the beach - a lot closer than most of the accommodation in Positano - our friends had 1,500 steps to theirs! Josephine and her daughter our very hospitable. So friendly and welcoming... More

I don't know if after having an amazing experience in a B&B in Rome prior to arriving here I was expecting something similar and that's why we were disappointed. The room was clean and spacious and had a great view ( nearly everywhere in positano has a great view), but it seemed as though it was very basic. There was... More
