This hotel is just beautiful. The views are breathtaking, there are no words to describe it. The hotel itself is pretty, a little inconvenient to navigate. Everything is far away from the each other. You have to do a lot of walking up and on inclines, but remember you are on a mountain. The lift to get to your rooms... More

Dear guest thank you for your mail. We would like to know some more details about this regrettable episode with our bartender (would you please kindly write the date/time/bar hall or coffee shop). Kind regards Mrs.Daniela Persico. More

Just come back from a week at this delightful hotel. It is quite expensive but the location is stunning with a view over Positano and the sea, even from the restaurant. If you are reasonably mobile it is easy to get round via stairs and the lift system. Lovely private beach with excellent restaurant - pool also looked good. The... More

Although a bit expensive, we loved our stay at Le Agavi. Our room was on the 2nd level. The room was good with a great balcony with unbelievably awesome views. The staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast and dinning area also had awesome views. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to... More

Firstly let me say the location of this hotel and the views are spectacular, you will not get better views of the Almalfi coast, superb location! That said this hotel is set on a cliff side , it is not for the faint hearted, some of the rooms are located near the little cable lift which runs up and down... More

The staff is just superb, the breakfasts and terrace overlooking the Amalfi Coast are exquisite, and I loved the location. Our room with the sun beds on terrace of our room was terrific. The hotel itself is perched up above the village which makes for a most spectacular view that you would miss if you were lower. If you enjoy... More

We had one of the best rooms in the hotel and the view was absolutely amazing! We had a nice balcony with a table and to two sun beds. The hotel is build on a mountain. Therefore, you only have a few rooms on each 'terrace' which makes it very peaceful. There is a private elevator which takes you to... More

To be clear, I did not stay at the Le Agavi Hotel, so this review is not about the condition of the hotel. I am writing this review because after canceling my reservation well before the cancellation date, I have yet to receive any refund of my deposit. It has been 4 months since cancellation and they told me it... More

I was only able to book one night, it was full. Ended up being perfect, very romantic. Wonderful views. The room was large, we enjoyed our outside deck with lounge chairs. The private beach is rocky, but, they have a large deck with a ladder for swimming. The shuttle was convenient, however, I really enjoyed staying closer to town and... More

I was there with my husband for our Honey Moon. Let me get this straight, it is a very good hotel with friendly staff and amazing views but it is really really really overpriced. Ee having staying in other 5-star hotels around Europe for a month so we had fresh references to compare Le Agavi to. The room was clean... More

The hotel has breath taking panoramic views, probably the best in positano.also,it is quiet and still less than 10 mts drive to positano downtown, which is noisy, crowded and busy.le agavi makes for a relaxed ,flow paced vacation.we found it nice to come back from a night of shopping/dining and have a peaceful glass of wine on our terrace, taking in the drama of...
