Picture postcard views of the amalfi coast and positano. Comfortable and spacious apartment with well appointed bathroom and modern kitchen. Private terrace with table chairs and sunloungers. Fantastic homemade breakfast made by the friendly mother of the family and five star service and local knowledge from son, David. The walk of the gods starts out the back of the house... More

The location is about 1km outside of the town, which we really liked. There are a bunch of stairs, but well worth it. The room was great. It had a little area for cooking, nice bed, a great AC unit, and nice little bathroom. The bathroom was small, but nice. The shower was awesome! The property was beautiful; lots of... More

This was our second visit to Rifugio degli Dei and, if possible, it was even better than before. We stayed for 8 nights in a beautiful apartment with everything we needed and a private terrace for relaxing in the sun. The food at breakfast was once again outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for the family. Anna's baking is... More

I’ve never been moved to write a Tripadvisor review before but I was so blown away by this place that I couldn’t resist. Firstly the family – 3 generations of Positano natives (we met Anna, the indomitable mother, and her cheery sons Paulo and Davido) who couldn’t have gone further out of their way to help and make our stay... From our warm welcome when we greeted by a home made lemonade and cake to our fond farewell we were treated like treasured guests of the Fusco family. The Rifugio is perfect; three apartments that are beautifully equipped and maintained with their own private terraces, views to die for and a peaceful refuge from the busy roads and towns of... This was the most wonderful place to stay on the most wonderful holiday. One of the sons parked our car (more valuable than it sounds on Positano's roads), we were welcomed with two glasses of lemonade (from their lemons) and shown to our immaculate room. Having two architect children means that the design is perfect - spacious, clean, beyond comfortable.... More

Davide, Anna and Simone (and their 3 pups) were the kindest hosts to stay with. They were always ready with any information and help we needed. Ferry times, restaurant suggestions and reservations; things were taken care of without even asking. We felt well looked after. Their grounds are absolutely amazing. As you already know, they grow all their own produce;... More

What a fantastic and memorable week we have spent at the Rifugio deli Dei. The views from the apartments are stunningly beautiful and allows you to see Positano at its best rather than in the hustle of the town itself. We enjoyed spending time relaxing in the private garden, transfixed by the view and even managed time to start a... More

This accommodation is not to be missed. The view, setting, food, rooms... everything is magical. David is the perfect host and felt like family after just minutes. The price is unbelievable for the experience that you get and, despite the steps, we would definitely visit again. The family welcome you in every way and it is such a unique place-... More

I am a holiday-researching fanatic. No detail is left to chance. I drove my boyfriend crazy researching where we should stay for four nights while in Positano. After much consideration I chose Rifugio degli Dei. I'm so glad I did. First off, I want to address the stairs. Yes, there are a lot. The reports of 200-250 stairs are inaccurate,... More
