We were passing through, working our way back to Rome & we stopped. Can't recommend this place highly enough!!! The staff is incredibly happy, helpful and accommodating. Dinner was superb and the wine cellar is incredible. The views are priceless and the room we had came with a lovely balcony providing a breathtaking view of the sea. We will definitely... More

Modern hotel by the sea. Has the advantage of being right on the beach ensuring you don't get traffic noise. Rooms are quite comfortable and reasonably clean (although shower rooms could do with some cleaning up). we had a nice private terrace with a sea view. The hotel has a private 'beach' with direct swimming platform. Breakfast was a reasonable... More

We stayed four days at Villa Domizia and had a lovely experience. Our room 205 is spacious, in the newer wing (Marina) and overlooks the water with a small terrace. The area for sunbathing is a sand-filled terrace and the water is a few feet below after climbing down a few stairs by the rocks. The water is warm and... More

Not much to complain about in Villa Domizia, but it did not really suit our family wishes. We brought to "kids" at the age of 20 and 16. The sandy beach is 4 meters above sea level on a big sandy terrace and bathing is straight into deep waters from a platform down the stairs to the sea. The others... More

When we visit Italy we always try to pick a hotel that is convenient for hiring of drivers and taking tours to see an entire area surrounding the hotel we select. This particular hotel is perfect for anyone who will drive in and expects to spend most of the day and night on the hotel grounds as they have a... More

after landing in Rome, this was our first stop on our trip around Italy. The rooms are lovely, even if a little close to the road. The location is perfect to be able to go to all parts of the island. The island provides lovely rustic views and cute seaside villages.

This is really one of our favorite hotels. The only inconvenience is that it is located right off a main road with a sudden turn into its grounds. Once there, bliss! Parking free right in front. Beautiful building and grounds, overlooking the sea. Warm feeling from the decor and from the people, very friendly and nice. The room we had... More

We drove into Porto Santo Stefano without reservations, looking for a place to stay on our last night in Italy (the Rome airport is an easy 80 minute drive south). We happened upon the Villa Domizia which was very good luck for us. This is a small resort hotel, around 40 rooms, nice if rather expensive restaurant (breakfast included in... More
