We walked in off the street and got 3 rooms for the 5 of us (we had a friend travelling). Trendy rooms (for us anyway) and good breakfast overlooking the marina. Good value. Apparently a "wellness" hotel but we did not use the facilities. Be aware parking at Porto Ercole is a challenge
