Being a veteran of uncountable youth hostels all around the world in my earlier days I have to say that this was the worst hotel experience I ever had! This is a grand old dame which has had its rooms redone (stark 60's style) for business travelers. The rooms are functional if not a bit dated. Front desk service is exceptional (especially Cesare!) and the breakfast better than decent. No wi-fi but computer hook ups in the lobby. They were without a chef in the restaurant for some time... more
