I am visiting aprox 20 hotels per year due the business and private travels and this one is NOT the one I would recommend. Furniture is old and you can feel the smell from wood. We have some allergies at the moment we enter the room, even though we bought cleaning things and clean it by ourselves. They charge you 50 eur cleaning at the end BUT: you have to wash all the dishes and leave everything clean (so what actually they charge for 50 eur?!?). You need to move the trash after the stay and trash box is 70-80 meters away- not even in front of the hotel. Kitchen is not very well equipment and you are not able to prepare any decent meal. And the worst thing: we pay 2 bedroom Apartment , but actually kids bed is in one corner, separated with one wall without a door or anything, no place for a night table or similar (you can see it on pictures if you look well). Staff is not so polite.

We enjoyed with our 2 children great 7 winter days here. The aparments have the best location - very close to pists. No need of ski bus or car from apartment. Big room with enough space, equipped kitchen and sunny view from the balcony afternoon. The relax in whirlpool was also pleasant after some days full of skiing. Adamelo ski area was not full of skiers and good for everyone. We usually spent time until noon at Tonale and afternoon at Ponte because of better snow conditions. There was only one raining/snowing day. So we went to public swimming pool which is 200 m from apartment. On the 6 days ski pas it was for 3 eur only. We will definitely come back again and recomend this property.

Really nice stay here. Location is great just a short walk from the lifts. Clean and tidy and good value the only small gripe was I struggled to work the induction hob. The ski storage area was really good with plenty of space in each locker, and my request for a south facing balcony was met. I’d like to especially thank the lady on reception who checked us in and was extremely helpful the entire week, especially after my daughter broke her leg. I’d read a previous comment that checking out during the night was problematic. We didn’t find it so, we agreed with reception in advance and left our room keys in the room. If we return to PT/PdL we would stay here again.

Room Tip: Avoid a room next to the lifts, quite noisy.

Great apartment hotel, nice and clean rooms, tasty breakfast with lot of options, staff was very kind and helpful. Comfortable for skiers. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the spa, but it looked very nice from the outside.

Contacted hotel directly to book for a large group. Dealt with all the girls at reception over the course of organising our holiday. They were all excellent. Booked a return transfer for our group from Bergamo airport through hotel which was reasonable. The apartments were basic but good size and clean. Exactly what we’d expect for a skiing holiday. We went self catering although did eat in Panoramico which was very good. The supermarket underneath the hotel is big and well stocked. The gondola is literally 200m away and takes 20min to get to Passo Tonale. The skiing in Ponte di legno is fantastic if you are an intermediate + skier. It’s quiet and on occasion we had the slopes to ourselves. There is a €100 cash deposit required on check in (same in most ski places we’ve stayed) and a tourist tax on check out (also cash). I’d recommend the hotel and will definitely come again.

Residence is real near the start of ski station....only little walk just to "warm-up" before start to ski.... Room are quite ok and clean. Only not a lot place where hang-up dress but is not a big problem for one week. Thery helpfull girls in the reception. Good place where parking the car and where "parking" the ski and boot-ski. Very beautifull little city and of course...traditional food. Under the residence a supermarket with a lot of food and things that you can...forgot at home. Breakfast is in italian style...sweet with a little part of cheese and ham.

Had a family apartment, which had all necessary stuff but simple. Some appt had dishwasher others not. The atmosphere is a bit strict: you need to leave 100eur on deposit, and face threats to loose it if your kids run in the hotel. We were asked to leave the sauna area, exactly after one hour, which killed the relaxing part totally. And practically all comes at extra charge, like sauna, games in playroom. Location is fantastic, just opposite the ski lifts. Parking in front of hotel also serves ski visitors, so full during the day, but hotel has a private part.

Do not order breakfast inclusive (waste of money), ask for no dogs with the neigbours, book sauna for more than one hour. For the rest this is top. clean, well serviced, modern, good wifi, good parking, close to ski lift.

Clean and nice hotel very close to the lift (few minutes walk). Well equipped small kitchen. Supermarket, bar and restaurant in the same building. To be five star a more smooth check in is needed and stronger wifi.
